Order Information

Q: How do I place an order? 
A: Orders can be placed directly on the website or by phone. Please note we are also available trhough chat to answer any questions.

Q: What if I need to cancel or change my order? 
A: Please call or email us as soon as possible. We will do everything in our hands to try and cancel an order before it has been shipped. If we fail to do so any unwanted items can be returned.

Q: What payment methods can I use? 
A: You may pay for your order with a VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit card or debit card. At this time, you may only use one credit card per order. Well Living Shop will only accept payments from credit cards or debit cards drawn on U.S. domestic banks. We also have Paypal and Google Checkout for your convenience.

Q: Are credit card purchases safe on Well Living Shop? 
A: Yes, your credit card purchases are safe on Well Living Shop. We use secure servers and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all of your personal information, including your credit card data. Once encrypted, your data cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. The secure storage of this information will facilitate a quick and convenient checkout for you. If you are not a Well Living Shop member, your payment information will not be stored or saved.

Q: What state gets taxed? 
A: Only Arizona residents will be taxed. The tax rate is 9.0%

Q: Can I save items in my shopping cart for purchase at a later date? 
A: Yes. Items placed in your shopping cart and not purchased will remain for 30 days.

Shipping Information

Q: What types of shipping services do you offer? 
A: Economy Shipping delivery: 3-10 Business Days.Your shipping cost will be estimated for you during the order process. Your shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Order processing and delivery times can be estimated by clicking on the "Shipping" link. Please note that orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories or APO/FPO destinations require additional shipping time. Details are available in the "Shipping" link.

Q: How does "order processing" factor into my order's delivery date? 
A: To estimate your order's delivery date, add the order processing time and the shipping time together. Order processing time is usually 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00pm Eastern Time, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the following business day. If your order includes oversized products or if an item becomes out of stock after you've placed your order, order processing may take longer and delay your shipment.

Q: How do I know if an item has a handling surcharge? 
A: No, Our shipping price is what you pay for shipping, no more and no less.

Q: Do you ship to Military Bases? 
A: Yes. Please keep in mind, shipments to APO/FPO addresses require 20 to 30 days. Be sure to factor in order processing time, as described above, when you estimate your delivery time.

Q: Do you ship to Post Office Boxes? 
A: Yes. All P.O. Box orders will be delivered via USPS.

Q: Do you ship to rural route numbers? 
A: Yes.

Q: Can I send items to multiple addresses with the same order? 
A: Not at this time. To ship items to different addresses, individual orders for each address will need to be submitted.

Q: What shipping methods do you use? 
A: Orders are shipped via UPS and USPS.

Q: Where is my backorder? 
A: At this time Well Living Shop does not process backorders. If your item is out of stock at the time the order is processed, we will ship the balance of your order and adjust your order total including shipping. You will be notified of any changes via e-mail.

Q: Why did my order come in multiple boxes or from multiple carriers? 
A: We may ship your order to you in multiple boxes or via multiple carriers due to:

- The order size - large orders often are split into multiple boxes for more efficient delivery.

- The item size - some items required special handling and packaging and thus a separate box.

- The item's source - some items will come to you directly from the manufacturer and may be in a different box and/or via a different carrier than the remaining items in your order.
