Mornings can be tough on all of us. Waking up and getting out of bed is very difficult after you have slept like a baby the night before. Whether it's that pillow, that offers the necessary support, or sheets so soft and smooth to the touch of your skin. Maybe it's that comforter that keeps you nice and cozy all night long. Imagine being able to stay in that comfortable bed with no need to get out to indulge in a morning breakfast. Guess what? Valentine's Day is right around the corner, why not make a loved one feel special. We have come up with a quick and easy Valentine's Day themed breakfast for that special someone. First, wake up a few minutes earlier than them to begin the preparations. You will need...

- 1 1/4 cup milk or water

- 1 egg

-2 cups red velvet cake mix

- 1/2 cup all purpose flour

- 1 table spoon oil/ or butter

Step one begin by heating your desired skillet to a low medium temperature. While your skillet begins to warm you will need a bowl to prepare the batter. Add the egg and milk stirring till they have completely combined them together, continue adding both the red velvet cake mix and all purpose flour. Stir until the batter has gained a fluffy like consistency. Back to your skillet, now that it has warmed up lightly add oil or butter, pour the batter (about 1/4 cup) onto the skillet and let cook for a minute or less. Be sure the heat is on medium low to prevent them from burning. Continue this until you have finished your batter. Now that your pancakes are ready. Place them on desired plate add syrup and some powdered sugar for a decorative touch. Combine with a glass of milk and a small fruit plate. When gifting remember it's the thought that counts. The simplest of gift can hold a great meaning.
